These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of EmberBelle (emberbelle.com) and purchases from Wahenam International (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating as EmberBelle. By accessing our site or placing orders, you agree to these Terms, compliant with India’s Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

1. Use of Website

Eligibility: You must be 18+ years. We reserve rights to refuse service.
Account: Secure your login. You’re responsible for account activity.
Prohibited: No unauthorized scraping, fraud, or reselling without permission.

2. Products & Pricing

Descriptions: Fashion jewellery/accessories sourced from globally. Images approximate; colors may vary by screen/light.
Pricing: In INR (₹), inclusive of GST. Prices subject to change without notice.
Availability: Items “in stock” at checkout time. We reserve right to cancel orders.

3. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: Confirmation email = acceptance. We may cancel for fraud/stock issues.
Payments: UPI, cards, net banking, COD via Razorpay/PayU (PCI-DSS compliant).
GST: Invoices include GSTIN. Exports duty-paid by customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Timeline: 3-7 days pan-India via Delhivery/India Post/Blue Dart/XpressBees. Remote areas 7-10 days.
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout (₹50-₹150 typical). Free over ₹999.
Risk: Goods at your risk post-delivery. Inspect on receipt.
Title Transfer: Ownership passes on delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Mandatory Disclosure)

Size Issues (bracelets/anklets)	Exchange only, return shipping free
Damaged/Defective	Full refund + return shipping, notify within 48 hrs
Non-Returnable	Customized items, undergarments, hygiene seals broken, Shipping Charges where company is not at fault.

Process: Email [email protected] with order # + photos. Refund to original payment (5-7 days). COD orders refunded to bank. Details to be given by customer

6. Warranties & Liability

Quality: Tarnish-resistant for normal use (6 months). Hallmark where applicable. Damage caused by direct contact with chemicals not covered under warranty.
Limitation: No consequential damages. Liability capped at order value.
Force Majeure: Delays from strikes, pandemics, etc. excused.
